"I’d give it 4 stars. The printer..."
I’d give it 4 stars. The printer itself works well, but the filament thing is kind of... yeah, a little picky. I had some trouble at first with other brands, but once I switched to the right XYZ filament, the prints came out really nice. I do wish it handled other filament more easily, because that would make things simpler. But for my home projects, it’s been solid overall.

"Prints were rough"
I was hoping these would turn out better, but the prints came out kind of rough. The lines were blurry in a few spots, and then I noticed the overall detail just wasn’t as clean as I expected. Not a huge explanation beyond that, I just wasn’t really happy with the final result.

"Decent, but a little clunky in spots"
It’s not bad overall, but it does feel a bit clunky at times. Little things, like having to tap around more than expected, made it feel less smooth than I’d hoped. It gets the job done, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

"Setup was way easier than I expected"
I got it up and running quickly. The instructions were clear enough, and I didn’t have to mess around with it much. Overall, it was a nice, easy setup

"Decent printer, but pricey for what it is"
The printer works fine overall, but like I said, for the price I was expecting a bit more. The print quality is okay, nothing terrible, but it doesn’t really feel like a great value. And like I said, the parts and filament seem overpriced too. It’s not a bad printer, I just don’t feel like it was really worth what I paid.

"Charged right away, but no shipping update"
I was charged quickly, but the shipping has taken way too long and I still haven’t gotten any tracking update. It’s frustrating not knowing what’s going on with my order.

"Not sure if I expected too much, but support wasn’t helpful"
I had a frustrating experience with their customer support. It took days to get a reply, and when they finally responded, it felt like they were just sending copy-paste answers that didn’t actually solve the issue. I kept wondering if maybe I wasn’t explaining it clearly enough, but after going back and forth and getting bounced around, nothing really changed. i don’t think I’d buy from them again.

"Calibration was way less intimidating than I thought"
I was struggling a bit to get the bed leveled on my XYZprinting printer, and my first couple of prints were rough. But the calibration instructions were clear and easy to follow, which made the whole thing feel a lot more doable than I expected.
After running through the steps twice and making a few small tweaks, the prints started sticking properly and looking much cleaner. It gave me a lot more confidence using the printer, and I’d say they did a solid job making the process beginner-friendly.

"Works fine, but the WiFi could be better"
The printer does what I need it to do, but the WiFi setup wasn’t as smooth as I’d like. My personal standard is that pairing should be quick and straightforward, and this took a few tries before it finally connected. It also dropped once in the middle of printing, which was a little frustrating. Overall it’s not a bad printer, I just wish the wireless connection felt more reliable.

"Warranty felt pointless"
My printer started having issues while it was still under warranty, so I contacted support thinking it would be straightforward. Instead, they kept asking me the same questions over and over, took forever to reply, and eventually told me it wasn’t covered anyway. my gut feeling was that they were just dragging it out and hoping I’d give up. Super frustrating experience.

"Honestly, this software is kind of frustrating"
I really wanted to like this software, and at first I thought maybe I just needed a little time to get used to it. But it feels clunky. Some parts work okay, which gave me hope, but then I’d hit something confusing or awkward and get frustrated all over again. It’s just harder to use than I expected.

The guides were useful overall and definitely helped me get moving, but a few steps were kind of unclear. I had to reread some parts and figure things out a bit on my own, so it’d be nice if the docs were a little more straightforward.

I was able to find the replacement nozzle quickly, which was a relief. I do kinda wish more of the parts were consistently in stock though... like, it’s not a huge issue, but it would make things a lot easier when something needs replacing

"Pretty solid for what I needed"
I’ve been using my XYZprinting printer for a few months now, and for my own day-to-day stuff, it’s been dependable. It starts up without giving me much trouble, and most of my prints finish the way I need them to. I did have one jam, and the setup annoyed me more than I expected, but once I got past that, it’s been doing the job. For the price, I feel like I got what I needed without too much hassle.
